Workshop: Adventures in Figure Drawing

Our artist was unable to join us, so we organised a drawing session. We took it in turns to pose and had some fun with some figure drawing (with assorted hats):

• take a single line, without lifting from the paper

• use only 5 lines

• set a time limit - 5 minutes only

• pose, change position, pose, change position - and so on, superimposing your drawings

• draw the model, then move to a different view, and again, superimposing your drawings

• exaggerate hands, feet

• draw two models

  and so on…

There was a great deal of laughter.
